CH Premier Jewelers is dedicated to providing an exceptional luxury experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective films, tags, and designer packaging intact.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original presentation box, including all certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, and manuals, then secure it within a discreet outer shipping carton.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure your high-value timepiece or jewelry is fully insured during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
